OUR MISSION

At ACE, we are on a mission to support the EV revolution by developing and licensing superior battery technologies that meet the performance, reliability and safety demands of today’s drivers. Advanced Cell Engineering (ACE) was founded to develop, market and license technology for safe, high energy density lithium-ion anodes, cathodes and cells.

Our Advanced LFP chemistry is fully developed. We are currently undergoing independent testing and continuous optimizations to ensure the highest levels of quality and performance. We expect our R&D center and pilot line facility to be fully operational by the end of 2022.

HOW ACE IS DIFFERENT

Technological Expertise

Our team has the technological know-how and experience to develop the solutions that are needed to help the automotive industry meet their ambitious electrification goals. ACE’s patented LFP technology offers meaningful advantages in energy density versus today’s LFP cells without sacrificing safety. Our technological advantages will help drive adoption of EVs by providing drivers with peace of mind and more travel flexibility than ever before.

Technology Transfer

Anodes, cathodes and cells using ACE technology can be produced on standard manufacturing equipment, which means our customers’ existing factories can easily be converted to produce Advanced LFP. With a licensing agreement in place, ACE will provide complete turn-key technology transfer. ACE will assess our customer’s equipment, provide a specific action plan for converting to our chemistry, provide training for manufacturing staff, and ensure all manufacturing lines go into operation quickly and run smoothly. Leveraging our cell manufacturing expertise in many ways is just as important as the chemistry itself.

Strategic Location

We are proud to be located in the United States where we can play a leadership role in bringing battery expertise and development to North America. Our headquarters, research & development laboratory and pilot line facility are all located in Stuart, Florida. Today, most of the world’s cell manufacturing is located in Asia. Our Florida location will bring battery cell manufacturing closer to U.S. EV manufacturing facilities, helping to create a more secure and green North American EV supply chain.

Dedication to Recycling

We develop our battery technologies to be 100% recyclable to reduce environmental waste and enable recovery of the highly valuable raw materials when the battery cells reach the end of their useful lives.

LEADERSHIP TEAM

ACE's leadership team is uniquely experienced and qualified to develop and market advanced battery chemistries and technologies, and to transfer technology to our licensees for production of lithium-ion anodes, cathodes and battery cells using ACE technology.

As we continue to grow, we are adding distinctly qualified manufacturing, engineering, finance, marketing and sales expertise to our team. This deep bench of talent will enable us to get to market faster with the most advanced technologies available.
